I made some mistakes: People FROM, not IN. People from = La gente de (origen), People in = La gente de (localización, que viven allí). "In" is OK, but "from" is more accurate ("in" vale, pero "from" es más preciso). The list is not complete. The world is full of countries and peoples (pueblos)!

Pay attention to the pronunciation and also, in writing, notice the capital letters!

I'm from Bilbao, in the north of Spain.

People from France are French and they speak French! They are famous for their wines and cooking, and also for the 1789 French Revolution.
People from Portugal are Portuguese and they speak Portuguese. Portuguese people are famous for the Carnation Revolution (Revolução dos Cravos, a nonviolent coup d'etat also by soldiers, that ended the Salazar dictatorship), for their linen and for their culturally-mixed society.
People from Morocco are Moroccans and they speak Moroccan Arabic. They are famous for the architecture (e.g. La Alhambra in Granada) and for teaching us chess and giving us the numbers (Arabic numerals: 1, 2, 3...).
People from Italy are Italians and they speak Italian. They are famous for their art and their pasta!
People from Belgium are Belgians and they speak French or Flemish. Belgians are famous for their amazing beer and chocolate!
People from Germany are Germans and they speak German. German people are famous for eating sausages and drinking a lot of beer!
People from Sweden are Swedish and they speak Swedish. Swedish people are famous for the Swedish welfare society.
People from Poland are Polish and they speak Polish. They are famous for their Catholic trade unions!
People from The Netherlands are Dutch and they speak Dutch. They are famous for being very good at languages and open-minded, for their civilized ideas.
People from Russia are Russians and they speak Russian. They are famous for their cold weather, their drinking and their literature!
Swiss people are from Switzerland. They speak German, French and Italian. They are famous for Swiss watches.

People from Ireland are Irish and they speak English and Irish
People from Britain are British and they speak English
Some people in Britain are from Scotland. They are Scottish
Some people in Britain are from Wales. They are Welsh
And people from Northern Ireland are from the UK! They are Irish and English

People from Canada are Canadians and they speak French or English. In Spain, we watch a Canadian TV series: Northern Exposure (Doctor en Alaska)
People from the USA are US Americans and they speak English (or Spanish!). They are famous for their lifestyle – jeans, fast food, movies.
People from Australia are Australians, or Aussies!, and they speak English.
People from New Zealand are New Zealanders, or Kiwis!, and they speak English. They are famous for having amazing landscapes and being very civilized.

Spanish people from Spain are famous for their strong emotions and for their love of fiestas. Spanish people tend to be sociable but also shy. Socializing is wonderful in Spain. However, work is not wonderful. We need to improve that! There is unemployment and there is a bad organization of work. Spanish people work long hours and have little free time. Siestas are a dream, really, or something you do for 20 minutes not 2 hours!

I speak Spanish, Galego and a bit of English!

Everybody speaks Spanish and then, depending on the Community (or County), some people speak Catalan, Galego, or Basque. These four are the four official languages in Spain.

No, I don't. Sorry!
Can you speak Russian?
Yes, I can! And I can also speak Bulgarian!
