Change for the Better?

It is true: A lot of machines and devices have been invented. However, not all of them are useful for our daily lives. I think that change should bring better things, and that is the reason why I do not agree with change for the sake of change -- a kind of fashion nowadays. Quantity harms quality. Let me explain. A lot of people have the wrong idea that these new devices assist us, but that is not always true. Gadgets are getting more and more complicated. They have a lot of utilities that you never use, but that complicate their functioning. So you end up having to study the entire manual to understand how to use them!

I am for change, and for getting better domestic appliances that make our lives easier -- as the microwave, the dishwasher or the washing machine did. But I am against the invasion of gadgets. I am for sensible change!
