Dear Mr Clark,
I would like to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the Dekon UX-01 digital camera that I purchased from your store on 20 th December 2005.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because when I press the botton to take a photograph, it takes a long time to respond, and then most of the times the photo is blurred. I checked the manual that came with the camera to make sure I was doing all well, but I was right and this problem is not mentioned in the manual.
I took the camera to your customer service specialized on repairs, but they didn´t solve my problem.
To resolve the problem completely, I would like to exchange this camera for a new one of the same model that works properly or get my money back. Copies of my peceipt and guarantee are attached.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem by March 1 st , 2006. If I have no response by then, I will start looking for help from a consumer protection agency. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at 617132046 in the evening.
