Dear Sir/Madam,
On November 24, 2006, I ordered the last edition of the book "La guerra civil española" by Paul Preston throught your Web Site on the Internet. Eight hours later I got the book in my house and as we had agreed I paid the price in cash.
Leafing through the book I realized that you had sent me the 1997 edition instead of the 2006 one which I had asked for.
I already pursued this matter on phone call in order to receive the 2006 edition and you promised me to send it. This was a month ago and until now, I have not obtained any response.
To solve the problem I would like you to send me the required book, or in the case it is sold out and it is not possible to have a new edition in a short period of time, I would appreciate a refund.
Enclosed are copies of my order on the Internet an the receipt of having paid the book.
